I have been teaching since 2002!!!  I have been with the Beauregard Parish School System since 2004. I had the opportunity to move to 2^nd grade for the 2018-2019 school year.  I have LOVED every minute of it!  

Prior to working at current SBE, I worked at SBE (before we grew into two separate schools) and remained at SBUE teaching 5^th grade until 2018-2019 school year.  I have taught Pre-K, Kindergarten, 3^rd Grade, 5^th Grade, 8^th Grade, and currently 2^nd Grade.  Although, curriculum and methods have changed, one thing remains the same: My love for teaching children (shhhh…..2^nd grade is my favorite!)

I have been married to Mr. Brad Streams since 2004!  We have one daughter, Gracie, that attends SBE.  There is no where else I rather us be than SBE!  We have one toy poodle, named Jazz.
